Day 01 Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi (1462m/4795ft) (6:30 hours)


Day 02 Syabru Bensi to Lama Hotel (2510m/8232ft)


Day 03 Lama Hotel to Langtang village (3307m10846f)v


Day 04 Langtang village to Kyanjin Gompa (3798m/12457ft)


Day 05 Kyanjin Gompa to Chorka ri Ri (5050m/ 16564ft) and back to Kyanjin Gompa.


Day 06 Trek down from Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel(2510m/8232ft). O/N at the lodges.


Day 07 Lama Hotel to Syapru bensi. 


Day 08 Drive back to Katmandu by Bus. 7 hours driving.
