Bardiya national Park, the largest National Park of Nepal is no new name among true wildlife lovers. Lying at far-western Lowland Terai and enlisted under UNESCO in 1988, park is the home to the some of the exotic animals like tigers, gharial crocodile and one horned rhinoceros. Covering the area of 1000 sq. km. Bardiya National Park is relatively less visited park compared to famous Chitwan National Park. Bardiya National Park is well known for viewing the roaring tigers in perfect setting of environment.

The park is the perfect blend of dry forest with cotton and silk trees, grasslands and the pure and clean rivers. This haven has 250 species of birds, and has animals like blackbuck, antelopes, wild elephant, fish eagle, goshawk, etc. Bardiya also satisfies you the perfect view of famous Karnali River lying in western border. The river is popular as river renders the enriching view of marsh mugger crocodile, Gangetic dolphin and the masher game fish.

We will take morning flight to Nepalgunj from Kathmandu Domestic Airport. Upon Arrival at Nepalgunj airport, you will be promptly received for hotel transfer. After lunch short briefing will take place with naturalist regarding the day activity. Then, we will move to see crocodile breeding center and Tharu village.
